Bexar County ESD 12 Fire / Rescue is a combination department, we serve the far east side of Bexar County.
ESD 12 covers approximately 90 square miles. In our response area we can encounter, residential neighborhoods, farm land, heavy brush and even hazardous materials traveling though our area. We have been planning, and will continue to plan for future to protect and serve the people of our community.
The department also staffs about 10 trained professional volunteer firefighters.
We are committed to ensure we are creating a safer district through preparedness and effective emergency response.
